Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we can unfortunately offer neither refund nor exchange.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the state in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
The return of certain types of goods is not allowed. Thus, perishable foods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous substances or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items not allowed to be returned:

* Downloadable software

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

* CDs, DVDs, VHS cassettes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl discs have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or lacking parts for a reason not due to a mistake on our part.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also tell you whether your refund has been approved or refused.
If approved, your refund will then be processed and your credit card or initial payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the official disclosure of your refund.
Then contact your bank. The display of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Welded or promotional items (if applicable)
Only normal price items are refundable. Unfortunately, welded or promotional items are not.
Exchange (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a good gift will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who originated the gift sent the order in order to deliver it to you later, we will send the refund to her and she will know that you have returned her gift.

Shipping costs related to the return of your item are yours. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you ship an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a shipping tracking service or have your shipment secure. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
